Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Love Audit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Love Audit is a relationship management app that allows couples to:

Track quality time spent together
Set and monitor relationship goals
File and approve "leave requests" for personal time
Log penalties in a playful, gamified manner

The App is intended for entertainment and relationship enhancement purposes.

User Accounts

Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the App
Impersonate another person or entity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Use the App to transmit malware or malicious code
Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App

Partner Connections

You may only connect with partners who consent to the connection
Both partners can see shared data (entries, requests, goals)
Either partner can disconnect at any time
We are not responsible for disputes between partners

Content and Data

Your Content

You retain ownership of data you submit to the App
You grant us license to store and process your data to provide the service
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide

Our Content

The App and its original content are owned by Love Audit
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
The App will meet your specific requirements
The App will improve your relationship (results vary!)

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)
We are not responsible for relationship outcomes based on App usage

Relationship Advice Disclaimer

Love Audit is NOT a substitute for:

Professional relationship counseling
Therapy or mental health services
Legal advice

The App is designed for fun and light relationship tracking. For serious relationship issues, please consult qualified professionals.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

Violation of these Terms
Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users
Extended periods of inactivity

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
